CRM: know your pipeline

  • Leads: Incoming inquiries from your website, email, or phone — ready for qualification.

Sales orders: from quote to active state

A typical order flows through clear stages. Each stage unlocks the next team in your company:

  1. Quotation: Sales sends a priced proposal. The customer can accept, negotiate, or decline.
  2. Sales order (confirmed): When the customer says yes, the quotation becomes an active order. Inventory reserves stock and Accounting prepares invoice lines.
  3. Delivery: Warehouse picks, packs, and ships. Stock levels decrease in Inventory.
  4. Invoicing: Finance issues the invoice in Accounting and tracks payment status.
  5. Done: The order is fully delivered and paid — ready for reporting and customer success follow-up.
