Support guarantees current codebase stability, server deployment runtime, and usage questions only. It STRICTLY EXCLUDES adding new custom features or code customization. Support plans are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

Scope of coverage

Technical Support covers current codebase stability, server deployment runtime, and usage questions for your self-hosted Soviez ERP node. Our engineers help you keep production healthy — not build bespoke features.

Explicit exclusions

Support STRICTLY EXCLUDES new custom features, code customization, visual Studio toolkit workflows, and third-party integrations outside the published Soviez ERP distribution. Requests outside scope require a separate professional services engagement.

Non-refundable billing policy

All Technical Support subscriptions are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once activated. You may cancel anytime; premium access continues until the end of your paid billing period with no automatic renewal.

Premium ticketing entitlement

Active subscribers receive premium ticket routing, priority triage, and engineer escalation through the dashboard and Nancy AI. Entitlement is verified server-side on every ticket creation attempt.

By subscribing, you acknowledge this SLA is binding and non-refundable. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — premium entitlement continues until your paid period ends.

Active subscribers receive automatic premium ticket routing through Nancy AI and the customer dashboard. Tickets are tagged, prioritized, and surfaced to administrators with source-aware badges and assignment tools.
